How Data Deletion Works

Submit a data deletion request using the form below

We verify your identity and authority to request deletion (within 48 hours)

You receive a confirmation email with a link to download your data (optional)
4
Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation
What Gets Deleted
School Account Deletion
When a school admin requests full account deletion:
- All student & staff records
- Attendance, exams, fee records
- Messages & notices
- School database (entire)
- Uploaded files & photos
Individual User Deletion
When a user (teacher/parent/staff) requests their data deletion:
- User account & login credentials
- Personal profile data
- Personal messages
- School records (attendance, marks) retained by school
