Request deletion of your personal data or your school's data from SchoolCare.

How Data Deletion Works

1 Submit a data deletion request using the form below
2 We verify your identity and authority to request deletion (within 48 hours)
3 You receive a confirmation email with a link to download your data (optional)
4 Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation

What Gets Deleted

School Account Deletion

When a school admin requests full account deletion:

  • All student & staff records
  • Attendance, exams, fee records
  • Messages & notices
  • School database (entire)
  • Uploaded files & photos

Individual User Deletion

When a user (teacher/parent/staff) requests their data deletion:

  • User account & login credentials
  • Personal profile data
  • Personal messages
  • School records (attendance, marks) retained by school
