The ₹1,999/year platform fee covers your free custom domain (like yourschool.com), a full dynamic school website with image gallery, notices and online admissions, hosting, SSL, daily backups, and all platform updates. Competitors charge ₹5,000-10,000/year for just the website alone. The ₹48/student/year covers everything else — student management, attendance, exams, fees, timetable, notices, library, transport, messaging, mobile app (Android & iOS), online fee collection, and unlimited push notifications. No hidden charges.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! You get a 3-month free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. Just register your school and start using it immediately.
How does billing work?
You pay annually: ₹1,999 platform fee + ₹48 per student. For example, a school with 300 students pays ₹1,999 + ₹14,400 = ₹16,399/year. If you add more students mid-year, you can top up the difference.
What about WhatsApp notifications?
WhatsApp notifications are available as an optional add-on. You choose which notifications to send via WhatsApp (attendance alerts, fee reminders, etc.) and the cost is calculated based on your selections. Push notifications and email are always free.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! If your school has 500+ students or you manage multiple schools, contact us for custom pricing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes. Parents pay via UPI, cards, or net banking — directly through the app or your school website. You get automatic receipts, payment tracking, and reports.
Is my school's data safe?
Absolutely. Each school gets its own isolated database. Your data is never shared with other schools. We use encrypted connections and regular backups.
